A380 landing in.... Taipei... cabin crews prepare for landing

Taiwanese has been known to be trendy and most up to date in term of fashions and current trends be it in fashions, lifestyle, development etc.


I was surprised that they are so creative that they opened the “A380 In Flight Kitchen”, the restaurant is themed as the giant Airbus A380, and this has caused a bit of interest and curiosity worldwide.

The restaurant can fitted in 84 diners and diners are served by waitresses dressed as flight attendants and serve their food on plastic trays.


This unique restaurant has stirred the interest of Taiwanese who queue up to board with their boarding passes before the ‘flight’. They are welcomed aboard by the head steward before being show to their seats. The restaurant looks and functions just like an aircraft, and even though I have never step into this restaurant, I already feel that as if I am already in the airplane, by reading this article.

Taiwan has a history of interesting dining experiences but it is just too shame for me not to taste the great foods on the last trip when I was there. I didn’t really enjoy the foods there, despite seeing so many good foods in the SCV / Astro.

Maybe I should give myself a 2nd chance, and visit Taiwan again soon…..
