High blood pressure

2008 ended not well for me. I am tight up at work and my mum is hospitalised and needs to go for surgery

Maybe that is life, we are encountering many challenges and whenever we plan for something, the outcome may not be happen as what we have planned.

And yesterday when I was at a clinic, for a normal check up, the doctor was saying that my blood pressure has gone up... maybe i am too stress with the things that happening around lately.

Hopefully things will get better soon...... life goes on ....

Well, may 2009 be a fruitful year ahead.....
